In A part vous, il y a quoi à manger aujourd'hui, Brazilian choreographer and dancer Acauã Shereya invites us to observe the clouds and fly in orbit around other planets, in this autobiographical solo. Inspired by the Brazilian "Gambiarra" as a practical intelligence for solving an everyday problem with the means at hand, she unfolds before us a promenade, a swim, a fluid submersion, a party, a system D of dance. Acauã Shereya sees her work as a platform for individual and collective action, and wonders how to share an intimacy that transcends the obstacles of performance. "How to flood spaces, let the rain remind us that we come from a storm, acting in the creation of sound waves, letters, dreams, fantasies, nightmares, life and death." The soundtrack created in collaboration with DIDI enhances the sensations tenfold, bathing the audience in Bia Kaysel's lighting design.

Acauã Shereya is a choreographer and performer. Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, she was raised by female teachers and her grandfather, a craftsman. Graduating with a degree in Theater from Brazil's Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology (where she then worked as a teacher from 2013 to 2015), she continues her training by attending Fórum Dança's Performing Arts Advanced Programme (PACAP3) in Lisbon in 2019. Using "Gambiarra" or "practical intelligence", Acauã Shereya explores the unpredictable through DIY inventiveness to feed her practice on possible images of democracy in racialized bodies and leather / queer performativity.
